Terms and Conditions

Due to the custom nature of our Industrial Curtains, a one- to two-week manufacture period should be expected. CanvasMart will exchange/repair products within 14 days that are defective due to manufacturer error; however, this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not extended to items that have been damaged due to improper use, shipping or negligence. Shipping to CanvasMart will be at the customer’s expense.

If you have a product you wish to repaired, please send an email to sales@canvasmart.com with the details of your repair request BEFORE you send the item to CanvasMart. Please allow up to 30 days for processing.

Please verify all address information at the time of your order. CanvasMart is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses. Packages returned to CanvasMart as a result of an invalid or incorrect mailing address will be subject to a return shipping fee.
